I want to recommend Steve Bowling for any clock repair or furniture restoration needs you may have. We have two clocks that we inherited from grandparents and an old spool cabinet from my grandfather. The clocks had not worked in years, but they are tic-tocking away today! I asked him to just clean up the spool cabinet and keep it as original as possible. He did an excellent job! He truly enjoys his work. It’s a labor of love for him. Oh, and he came to our house to pick them up then delivered them back and set the clocks up.

Steve is wonderful! Our beautiful clock had not “chimed” for over 9 years! When it did, it was a sharp “TWANG”! STEVE CAME: looked at it, took it home, returned it “Softly Chiming”. Not only did he return it in better shape than it left, but brought us a printout of the history, approximate age, how to set it, and its potential value! We had no idea of any of these things! He truly loves this wonderful God given talent! His enjoyment of making the old beautiful and functional again is seen in the perfection of his work and the twinkle in his eyes as he shows you the “beauty of what you have” now preforming as it was created to perform. We highly recommend Steve! Not only will you be thrilled with his workmanship, but you will delight in his enjoyment of what you have given him to bring back to life!

Steve did an amazing job with two of our family clocks that were purchased in Germany. Neither were working properly, and both had been to clock repairmen in the past. We had given up hope of hearing their beautiful chimes again. Steve came to my home and did an evaluation of the clocks and then took them for repairs. We are very happy to be enjoying our clocks again!! The chimes are beautiful, and I now understand the workings of our clocks much better. Steve is great to explain everything - he loves what he does, and his attention to detail makes a huge difference! I appreciate that he does "house calls" and then does the work in a very timely fashion. We couldn't be happier, and I would highly recommend Steve!
